I am a lawyer practising employment law in Berlin. In my law firm, located in the heart of the city, I advise and assist employees in protecting their rights and interests in the context of the employment relationship.

After practising as a lawyer in Italy and gaining international professional experience in Brussels and Hong Kong, I moved to Germany. Here, I completed the legal studies required under the German system for lawyers who are already admitted to practise and have professional experience in another Member State of the EU. I was subsequently admitted to practise as a Rechtsanwältin in Germany.

Alongside completing my legal qualification in Germany, I also gained professional experience. This gave me first-hand insight into working life and the practical difficulties that may arise in the workplace and in the context of an employment relationship. These experiences led me to focus my legal practice primarily on protecting employees’ rights, which are still too often inadequately respected in practice.

Thanks to my professional background and language skills, I also provide legal advice in Italian, English and French.
